Hello? Yesterday, almost 24-hours ago now, I placed an order for one of your themes (Order #3387). My credit card was billed immediately. Your MY ACCOUNT pages seem to indicate the order was placed; however, the ORDERS page shows the STATUS as, “Pending payment,” and the DOWNLOADS page says, “No downloads available yet.” The DASHBOARD page says, “We emailed you a link to change your password,” but I have received nothing. Again, my credit card account showed an immediate billing for the correct amount. Kindly let me know what’s happening with this order. Thank you!
